Returns/Exchanges/Holds/Shop Credit

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, HOLDS, AND SHOP CREDIT

There are no HOLDS!

We confident you will love your purchase and customize our sizing to reflect the same recommendations we would make face to face.  However, we realize that sometimes it isn't going to be love.  All returns must be approved via email - email  Gina at gina@myloveforfashion.com to initiate your return or exchange.

Returns:

  • Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving item and based on tracking record delivery dare. 
  • Shipping is  at your expense and we will issue a refund in the form of shop credit via email or refund to your original payment method. 
  • Exchange for same item in a different size - ship to us at your expense and we will cover shipping back to your on the size exchange.  All exchanges must be approved prior to sending item back to be certain we have the exchange available.  We will only hold an item for an exchange for 5 days.  
  • Sale items discounted 40% or more are FINAL sale and cannot be returned or exchanged 
  • All Agnes & Dora products are Final Sale and cannot be returned or Exchanged. 

Returns/Exchanges must be initiated and approved via email to gina@myloveforfashion.com  within 5 days of delivery or the date your order becomes available for pickup.  Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors, pet hair and with all tags attached. My Love for Fashion tag must be attached to all items.  Returns/Exchanges not meeting these guidelines will not be accepted. 

 

Please note: The original shipping charge is non-refundable and you are responsible for paying return shipping. 

Final Sale/Non-Returnable - Accessories, Jewelry, Intimates and Final Sale Items are NOT returnable.
